Expose yourself to sun

Moreover, once your body cools down you burn much more calories because it tries to warm you up. With cold showers, your metabolism will activate extremely fast.

Showering with cold water is also a great way to prepare your body for a big breakfast, which will regulate the blood sugar and reduce the cravings for food. However, it is recommended that you start showering at the temperature that suits you and then gradually make it colder. Once you reach to cold water, try to endure for 3 to 4 minutes.

Chew your food
You should do this, not only in the morning but also during the day with food that takes longer to eat. When you eat food rich in nutritive fibers, you will need a lot more effort to chew it. By doing this, you use your jaw more than usual, and this burns 5% more calories during the day. Natural food such as carrots, apple, and brown rice are rich in fibers which maintain the health of your stomach and keep you full for a longer time.

Eating food rich in fibers also help you reduce the calories at the same time increasing the burnt ones. This approach might not be enough to lose the 10 kilograms, but every small step counts!
